Depending on how much you book in advance you must send us our completed Booking Form together with a deposit of 20% of your total holiday cost.

The balance of the cost of your arrangements must be received by us 90 days prior to the date of arrival. If all payments (including any surcharge where applicable) are not received on time, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking and will retain the deposit paid. For those travelling during the Pushkar Fair period (November) or the Christmas/New Year period (20th December – 5th January), all final payments must be received by us 100 days before arrival.

If you book less than 90 days before departure. Full Payment must be sent with your booking confirmation.

It may on occasions be necessary to pay suppliers for services in full at the time of booking (for example, in peak season, for specific hotels or for group bookings). In this case, you will be asked to pay a deposit of over 20% of the total price of your arrangements. You will be advised where this is the case.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit cards. Payments made by credit cards may incur a fee of approximately 3.25% (per transaction) which shall be charged in addition to the holiday cost.
